#052 I Forgot English!
I should explain the paint here.
When the Spirit Dancers put on their outfits, they are inviting the spirits to dance with them. The red paint on the dancers is to cover their life stories as told in the tattoos, temporarily removing individuality and opening themselves up to invite spirits in. They believe that by doing this, they are letting the spirit know that they can make of them as they like, and thus allowing any spirit who may need a host to either speak to them, through them, or actually take over control of their bodies.
Balachjah-oh was in the middle of removing his paint when he decided he really needed to help Kets out here. Again, the gaps in time are hard to get across clearly, but I’m learning. We’ll say it’s been about fifteen minutes or so since they ate the fruit.
As for the tattoo on his chest… well, you’ll have to wait to find out. 😉
