#034 Friends

Look at that big ol’ wall of text! D:

Really, it’s not so bad, but there was once again a lot of editing that went into this bit. This was originally slated to be two, possibly three pages. I didn’t want to sink that much time into a conversation this simple. Sonya suggested more panels with conversations like the one on the left there to help get us through more of the not funny but mandatory for plot parts, and I do like how quickly that got us the info we needed on the subject. The hands panel was also Sonya’s idea, which came out so much more awesome than the two I had planned in its place.

On a note of the art, I feel that my unprepared scramble to get a page out every week right now is making my art style suffer. For that, I apologize, and thanks for being so understanding of this, guys. This is the first time I’ve ever had to produce art on a deadline, there are going to be some growing pains along the way while I figure out how to wrangle all this. I hope to get things in line and more consistent soon. In the meantime, enjoy the art evolution. (And possible occasional regression.)
