More speculated backstory for Joe. The advantages – and potential disadvantages – of the tattoo system.

It was hard to make it clear what Kets was referring to on the tattoos without showing them directly, and that just echoed a page we already did. I hope that the description is clear enough. At any rate, I want to clarify that the tattoos on Kets’ neck and the one on Joe’s neck have different meanings… but more on that later. 😉
