#086 Plains – Fifth Day

I always get nervous about these abrupt scene jumps. XD; Clearly something I’ll have to get used to just doing. Better to do that than to beat a previous scene to death. Somehow my brain is so much more okay with it in novel form…

We need more of these landscapes to happen. They’re so pretty and are such a major part of why we knew this story had to be a comic. Though I always tell myself that they’re super fast – they are not. Sonya’s shading and finishing of the page is faster than usual. My initial build of all the layers of hills? Not so fast, even working with some of my pre-made elements I have on standby.
